Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Remy Mémoire. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges, if you need a different size or item, simply return the original and place a new order. Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-returnable.
